Program Description:
The curriculum prepares students for positions such as general office assistant, receptionist, records clerk, and file clerk. Employees in these types of positions perform a variety of tasks including typing and document processing, greeting visitors, handling telephone calls, using office equipment, and managing business records.
A Certificate of Completion is awarded upon completion of all required courses with a grade of C or better.
